🖼️Ordinal Pixel Protocol
Ordinal Pixel Protocol is a standard that allows artists to inscribe pixel art onto Bitcoin using ordinals. It creates a decentralized and verifiable ecosystem on chain.
Introduction
Pixel Protocol is a standard for inscribing pixel art on the Bitcoin using ordinals. The protocol aims to create a decentralized ecosystem for pixel art, enabling artists to encode their creations directly on chain. It is based on a simple, yet powerful, SVG representation of pixel data, ensuring that any client can independently compute the true state of all pixel art.
Guiding Principles
Decentralization: The pixel data should be inscribed as an ordinal on Bitcoin.
Credible Neutrality: No gatekeepers. No one can turn off the standard or prevent others from registering pixel art.
First Come, First Serve: The first to inscribe a particular piece of pixel art owns it.
Verifiability: Each piece of pixel art can be verified by computing the SHA-256 hash of its content. This hash can be compared against other inscriptions to ensure the uniqueness of the pixel art.

Supported Platforms
The Pixel Protocol is supported by ordlify.com/pixels, where users can generate pixel art compliant with this standard.
